Can we bring a boat?
Absolutely. Boats and jet skis can be moored at the Marina Rise pontoon. A public boat ramp is 200m away. Do not attempt to reverse a boat trailer down the driveway — the entrance is too tight. A jet ski trailer will fit comfortably.
Is there petrol available for the boat?
Yes. A petrol pump is located in the Mannum Waters Marina (mobile app required). It's within easy distance by water from the Marina Rise pontoon.
What water activities can we do from the property?
Water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing and sunset cruising are all on the doorstep. The river is also excellent for swimming in summer from the pontoon.
Are there activities for kids?
Plenty. Monarto Safari Park (30 min away), Mannum Waterfalls, the PS Marion paddle steamer museum, Hermann Gass Bird Sanctuary, and the river itself. Kids love fishing from the pontoon and spotting wildlife.
